Booking funicular tickets

You can also order tickets for the Heidelberg funicular railways in advance if you wish. Tickets for the entire railway (Kornmarkt-Castle-Molkenkur-Königstuhl) can be bought directly from Heidelberger Straßen- und Bergbahn. The minimum order quantity is 40 tickets. Just complete the form below. If you have any questions please call us on +49 (0)6221 513-2788. You can reach us from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Please submit your orders at least three working days before you intend to travel. The order is not valid without our confirmation. We will keep your pre-ordered tickets ready for collection at the Kornmarkt station ticket office.

Pre-ordering castle tickets
You can pre-order castle tickets, which include travel on the lower funicular and admission to the castle from tourist information at Heidelberg Marketing. They are sold at the main railway station and at Neckarmünzplatz. You can also order by email: gruppen@heidelberg-marketing.de. The minimum order quantity is 15 tickets. Please let us know your final number of visitors at least two weeks before travelling. Tickets can also be sent to you by post (within Germany) if required. 

Annual ticket
Anyone who would like to order the annual ticket is asked to fill out this order form. Please note that we need approx. 3 working days to process the card and issue it. We will inform you via the email address or telephone number provided on the order form when the card will be ready for you to pick up. You can pick up and pay for the annual ticket at the Kornmarkt cash desk (old town) or at the Molkenkur station. Please mark in the order form at which checkout you would like to collect the card. If you would like an invoice to be sent by post, you can indicate this on the order. When choosing the desired start date, please take into account that postal delivery can take a few days.
